Joe never disappoints, but LIVE NATION HORRIBLE!!

The meet and greet, although good, was overshadowed by the long wait for the rest of the VIP's to arrive. Live Nation, who organized the concert, oversold the VIP passes, resulting in a less intimate experience compared to non-Live Nation events. It is the second time in 6 months that we have attended a Live Nation event and it seems that their priority is profit over customer experience. The lack of VIP lanyards, promised but not delivered, is disappointing, especially considering the concert was on Dec 1 and it is now the 21st. Live Nation's handling of the situation has been subpar, with no response since the Eagles Green Concert in Atlanta. This recurring issue of oversold tickets and unfulfilled promises is a cause for concern. I urge others who have had similar experiences to reconsider attending Live Nation events. Hopefully, Live Nation will rectify these issues before any future concerts in 2026.
